At Teabox, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality defect.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number.
- 2.Quality Review
Our tea experts will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the product is eligible for return based on its shelf life and packaging status.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the items in their original vacuum-sealed packaging and outer box to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned tea, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
